Vassar College is actually a coeducational liberal arts college located in Poughkeepie, New York. Founded in 1869 by Matthew Vassar III, it was at first the second-ranking school of higher learning for women in the US, well after Elmira College and Spingarn Institute.
Over the years, Vassar has expanded its offerings, and there are more than 400 programs in business administration, education, English, health care, history, art, humanities, and liberal arts. They also offer a bachelors in science, business administration, nursing, and nursing-BSN programs. They also offer online programs to students who may not otherwise be able to attend their campus.

Bachelor of Science in Business Administration program prepares students to pursue doctoral degrees in business administration, or a related field. Bachelors of Fine Arts in Business Management and Bachelor of Arts in Nursing programs that provide preparation for employment in the healthcare field.
In addition, students who wish to earn their bSN degree can choose the BSN program in Business Administration, which takes four years to complete and can be completed over two semesters. The BSN program in Business Administration is an accelerated program and prepares students to enter a career in management positions, such as administrative positions, supervisory positions, and managerial positions in hospitals and medical facilities, or in the finance or consulting sector.
There are a number of accredited online BSN programs at Vassar which require students to complete a minimum of six credits. In addition, they are required to earn a minimum GPA of 2.5 on every semester.
There are a number of online colleges in Vassar which offer Bachelors of Science in Business Administration programs to students interested in earning a degree in business administration. These schools are the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management, and Bachelor of Science in Education.
The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration program prepares students to enter careers in business administration, finance, human resources, or education. These . . . . . . students will complete courses that examine the management theory and practices used in business and will also study how to apply those concepts to real-world situations. A student may have the option of enrolling in an accelerated BSN program which takes only three years to complete.
The Bachelor of Science in Nursing is another accelerated BSN program offered by Vassar College. This BSN course is an interdisciplinary program that prepares students to enter into a profession in nursing. The Bachelor of Science in Nursing program prepares students to provide care to patients suffering from acute and chronic illnesses. It also prepares students to provide clinical and research services to nursing institutions.
The Bachelor of Science in Education program emphasizes leadership in public education, community outreach, and social service. This BSN program prepares students to enter careers in school systems and community based institutions that promote academic achievement and lifelong learning. It also teaches students the methods of communicating and problem solving, which is essential in teaching.
The Bachelor of Science in Nursing is also an accelerated BSN program offered by Vassar College. This BSN program focuses on teaching principles and the concepts of nursing. Its objective is to prepare students to provide patient care, while introducing students to the theoretical and practical aspects of nursing practice.
